This gut renovation of a two-bedroom co-op near Prospect Park balances modern upgrades with classic character. The space was completely reimagined, with a custom-designed kitchen at the heart of the home, crafted for both aesthetics and functionality. We added architectural elements, including the cased opening between the living and dining areas—reinterpreted with crisp molding and black metal and glass detailing to create a bold transitional focal point. Custom millwork flows throughout, paired with playful, curated touches like a whimsical cat wallpaper in the powder room and hand-laid blue patterned tiles in the master bath. The result is a simply layered, light-filled family home.
